Aside from the covers (and the prices), do we know what the difference is between limited and regular editions?

I'm assuming only the covers are different, (not the music) perhaps the graphics on the CD's will be different, as the Dears versions are also designed to fit into the RR2 themed case.

Usually the limited editions have a DVD or some such, but I haven't seen anything like that -- which is why I wonder...

There's no mention of DVD's with these, (they'd be even more) and I don't know that he has had time to make PV's for each one ... but then, he's Gackt. I guess we have to wait for our CD's and see.
