This year yet again, Gackt will be leading the war procession at the Kenshin Festival.
For those attending, here are some requests from Gackt and Dears.

Let's adopt a conduct that will have the people of Joetsu City saying "Dears are remarkable aren't they ~~".
Anyone found to have breached etiquette, will be beheaded!

<Requests from Dears>
・ Let's refrain from reserving spots before the traffic control begins.
・ Let's pick up our own trash.
・ Let's refrain from any actions that would trouble the neighborhood.
・ Let's remember to behave accordingly, keeping in mind that this is not a festival for Gackt only.

Lol! xD That's okay, getting off topic every once and a while is fine, ne. I do believe that the clip is from his Diabolos Tour and is during the Mirror performance, you can tell by the guitar! ^^
