Nov. 8th, 2008 03:35 pmkaradin.livejournal.comAkiman (Akira Yatsuda) who illustrated the wonderful cover for the Nine Nine Live Box DVD - featuring Gackt as a GUNDAM pilot (sans trousers) shows off the DVD graphics, featuring the GUNDAM Mobile suit designed for Gackt called SAMURAI KENSHIN.
The number 1 represents the first in the series, the number 7 represents Gackt's birth month
Love where Yatsuda-san put the G! (GUNDAMS are not robots, but piloted vehicles, so Gackt would be
in the middle part.

Vol 5. (Sixth Day Seventh Night Audio) has a error in song numbering on the package (not in the recording) we are not sure if this makes it more collectible, as it's a limited edition. :D
Teruhisa Tajima, designer of the Nine Nine Live Box packaging (not the now infamous DVD cover with Gackt in Gundam pilot gear sans pants) was asked to design with an 'anime look' the theme of Gackt as a sort of Red Warrior, the first designs were turned down, which forced him to do some new things, that he is now pleased with.

All Your Gackt News That's Fit For Print

New information details on the reproduction of Gackt's radio programme from 1999, Akira Yatsuda-san, designer for GUNDAM, STREET FIGHTER and CODE GEASS, will do some special designs. As well as feature the work of Teruhisa Tajima who worked on GHOST IN THE SHELL package design.
The DVD is titled "Abashed - eaten bean paste and nibbled tangerines" in reference to the radio programme Gackt hosted in 1999.
Our community shop is still working out costs to acquire the NINE NINE box for GA members only at a lower price than any other source, the order through from Shinseido, (who only ship with Japan) and who are offering special ECO-BAGS with the set. When we list I-TM4Us prices, we will also list all prices of competitors - You may also acquire the Gackt 2009 Wall and Desk Calendars, or any other Japanese goods, bundle and save on shipping.

This year's box has a white cover and will feature Gackt Health and Beauty cards as the premium, each card having a gorgeous pic on the front, and Gackt's own regimen on the back. (results will vary!)
The theme is 'CAMUI PARADISE' or a high-school setting of gorgeous men (Gackt and JOB in school uniforms!) Challenges and contests and punishment for the losers!
Gackt and You will do SURPRISE VISITS! as they did in last year's Box.
We are not aware yet what the BONUS for Dears will be (last year, if you recall was the silver lighter case with the USB)
You can already pre-order the regular version of the Box at Amazon.co.Jp.
Bounty Killer Game for the PS3 can now be ordered from Amazon.co.Jp. It is Region 2, in Japanese only. They do not ship out of Japan, this can be requested from the community shop.

and in the vid clip you can listen to the new song featured in the game, and soon to be available in the Live CD-DVD Box set Nine Nine
The Bounty Killer website has new additions, the game will premiere in pachinko parlors throughout Japan on October 6, and will also be available on the PlayStation3.

Nine Nine Box Set News

4 songs will be included, among them 'To Feel The Fire' the cm for Kirin that was not released as a single, Gackt's cover of Hideki Saijos "Kisu Darake No Lola, and a brand new song from Gackt 'JUSTIFIED'.
Gackt hopes 'the little flower that opens in your heart will never wither, but will come to full bloom.'
The programme will be audio and visual, as it will be filmed.
