I think Shiba is one of Gackt's dancers, the one who was hospitalised some time ago.. if my memory doesn't fail me completely. ^^;

The question mark is there because I am fairly sure but not certain that the name mentioned is Shiba, but I know who he is.

HOW or where can you see whether those are sold out? 0o There's no sold out button anywhere like with the older goods :/

you have to add the items to your shopping cart, then you get a message like this in bold beneath the item name:

この商品は売り切れました。

Which means it's sold out.

They only show up if you order the items, (which is sad) but my friend in Japan tried to order them and relayed to me that they were sold out.

The notice shows up before you place an order, actually. It produces an error if you try to proceed with your order including the sold out goods, and you have to remove them from your shopping cart to place the rest of your order.
