Major Tanfouk (who designed our prototype) and Colonel Midori who created our finished GACKT ARMY FANBOOK 2008 have both been presented RR2 Tour Goods as a thank you for all of their hard work by the General Staff.

Thanks for making this presentation on our behalf. The Fanbook is brilliant. I showed it to a journalist friend at the weekend and he couldn't believe the production quality. He was particularly taken by the scratches on the dog tags!

It would be great to see a photo of Gackt's own copy sometime (or did I miss seeing it?) as I bet the binding looks wonderful.

I'll post pics of Gackt's copy as well as the slipcover when they are done and ready to ship out, and I am sending pics of the dogtags to a few companies to get an idea of howmuch they would cost to have made - and certainly let Col. Midori know!

Do let us know how you get on with dogtag quotes. I have a Chinese friend who is an importer (of fishing tackle kit mainly! but also of Fair Trade jewellery) from mainland Chinese manufacturers but she always warns that it is hard to control the quality: the price will be good she always says (though the minimum order numbers can be unrealistic) but the quality may be variable or poor. She goes out to China to inspect the factories but, even so, she has had many problems.

These are north american suppliers who already make dogtags, and more novelty types, screenprinting and lazer etching, most of the cost might be a custom die-cut (the silver top tag)
