Seriously though, I think in this instance it's an honorific for anyone who is answering questions, it just acknowledges them as the one with the desired knowledge to be imparted to the questioner.

Well, I can't say I got everything, as I listened to it only once and in a hurry, but the main idea is that people on the street ask different questions about something that currently bothers them. They can't find an issue themselves, so they ask Gackt for an advice. And he gives his opinion on the problem and chooses one of his songs which illustrates his advice - and maybe can help to take right decision or just encourage people in such situation.

For example, a loving couple said they'll have to separate for a while and won't be able to see each other, so they asked what should they do to keep their feelings.

Gackt said that separation with your beloved one isn't a bad thing cause it's a good way to try your feelings. If something got worse because you have separated even for a while - then it would definitely end bad in future. And of course you can always call each other by phone, exchange e-mails... but the best thing is to exchange real letters. And the song for this couple was "Love letter", as expected ^_~
