All Fanfiction, Fanart and Fanvideo submissions Must Have Headers.
ALL DOWNLOADS MUST be Members-Locked.
You may post a submission public, and make a second post for just the download link, or keep your submission and download link in one post locked.
We Do Not Allow Any Audio Downloads in this community.
We Only Allow Links when reporting news, and those must be approved.
Some links are allowed by the moderator General, this is to keep content in the community, so there are not a lot of dead links at a later date.
