I just watched Gackt's Nico Nico appearance on that site itself and I screencapped some of the funnier moments. Here they are with some commentary from me.

This is not a full translation or even a summary. I'm posting this mainly because I think no one should miss the final part of his message to the viewers :).

Please do not repost this anywhere without letting me know. I'll like to know where my blunders are when I have to fix them, haha.

Further note on the Dears Special RR2 CD singles

Dears have been sent a flyer which details the sale, of the four single CDs with new songs from the upcoming RR2 album, orders to be placed by May 1.

Dears only may order, Dears may order up to four sets of singles.

With any order of four singles, a Dear can get a special limited edition slipcover to hold all four discs, as well as gift postcard, one of three at random of scenes shown in the ending film for RR2 tour, featuring Zero, Asakura and Maria.

Cost of all four CD's amounts to about $68USD.
