The Hadron Super Collider studies subatomic particles, located in Switzerland, some scientists warned that when it was turned on it would create a mini-black hole and destroy the planet.
I heard that too, but who were these scientists? Certainly none of the physicists associated with CERN. If a black hole is created, it would only be the size of a proton.
Any Gackt / dark matter jokes? Anyone?
Confession: I find Michio Kaku, author of Hyperspace, strangely hot.
