I quite like this poem, but that might be because Autumn is my favorite season, it's just so peaceful. And the picture is really lovely too, so calm and the colors are so relaxed. ^^ Thank you for posting and sharing! =)
The conjunction of colouring and sentiment is very nicely matched, though Gackt's face (as so often!) makes an enigmatic intrusion: his expression is almost too concentrated to be autumnal. But then, different eyes could see a thousand different things in those features.
I very much like the idea of "heart" - filling - in the poem being echoed visually by the jagged horizontal lines which look so like a heart monitor display. I've no idea if this was intentional but it's there anyway!
