gackt_armyAfter last weekend's re-enactment excitement, here's something cheerful for this weekend too.
This photo is one of a triptych (three separate & related pictures, in this case boxed together as a single panel) which was, I think, published in the 2003 book, "Hyde and Gackt: Moonchild", a spin-off of the film. I'm not sure of the copyright ownership but it looks as though Wani Books was one of the publishers. The words are mine.

Date: 2008-08-29 02:32 pm (UTC)Yes, this is one my favourite pictures too: there's something about the relaxed figures and the golden colouring of hair, skin and sun which is a happy match to the best features of friendship. I definitely wasn't making any pairing statement with the poem, btw. I wanted to say something to show how looking at an uplifting picture, such as this one, is like having a friend carry you along the way when you're tired and surrounded by dull things. In a nutshell, Gackt improves the day for so many people!
