Ha - Gackt looks so (nicely) alien compared to the committee guys. So curious to think that it is a 16thC guy who is their point of common contact! But the city people seem genuinely pleased for Gackt's involvement (they clearly hadn't read his beheading threat!) - and their city has an impressive English language webpages dedicated to Uesugi Kenshin and his local influence so all power to their festival.
