type < lj - cut > (without spaces) for beginning of cut

and < / lj - cut > (without spaces for the end of the cut.

If you have a paid account, your can also make posts in rich text mode, which show you icons to format your posts.

Any image can be posted without a cut if it is no larger than 400 pixels wide. Check user info for posting guidelines in the com.

Macro is a relatively new netspeak term that means an image with a caption - the most popular are the LOLCATS at the 'I can haz cheeseburger' site, featuring pics of cats.
