Seiko Uchimura is a very talented fan who draws GACKT with great details in monotone. <3  She held her exhibit with GACKT as theme at Gallery Takahashi Nakajima in Nagano on 02/03~02/08/2011 (the first one was on 01/28~02/02/2010).

Well, they are hand drawn interpretations, not images that people have run through a few filters and called art. And if they are exhibited only (don' t know if she sells them) maybe there isn't infringement?
Then again, look at doujinshi in Japan, comics made for sale from copyrighted properties and no one bats an eye ...
