What size is your video file? You tube will automatically compress any videos over 100mb in size, but their compression methods often ruin the video. When puting videos on Youtube, try compressing it to fit yourself.
I always use AutoGK to pre-size my Youtube videos to 99mb and it does wonders for the quality of the video once its been uploaded.
