Sorry - I misunderstood (as usual!): thought the fanbook things had to be offered by 1st October.
This topic had me thinking of so many different angles (and hunting for the pix to match) and then my PC died so I had to find the scraps on about 7 different data sticks and glue them together. I was a bit too pleased to have managed to retrieve something - I should have re-read the instructions evidently! Sorry for the confusion. Hopefully it's better now.
