Wow - you are clever at finding unusual pieces of interest! It's always wonderful to see Gackt performing off-stage like this (and in the studio-trained leather trousers, of course!) because you can see 110% that he's a solid mass of talent. He doesn't NEED the prop of production.
I'd love to know what's being said but, my stunted language skills aside, I can still enjoy the accompanist's at-table air guitar! Bon appetit and encore. He's certainly a good acoustic player and a sensitive accompanist, even though his preference looks to be for a different (and presumably Jazz solo?) style (Miles Davis, eh? Never thought I'd see that on NHK TV!). Very nice to see them working together - thanks for the upload and post.
