This is an important message from Dears. Please read it by all means.

Next year we will commemorate the tenth anniversary of Gackt's solo activities and we will do an extensive renewal of Gackt's official fanclub [Dears] on 2009/07/04! Even though the renewal is not done yet, from January 2009 you will choose member service according to freshly started plans and you will be able to enjoy it!


◆Member service through three plans
-membership fee
admission expense 1000yen (tax included/Gackt-wari* exists)

(* wari means rate, ratio, proportion, percentage, profit, assignment; I had trouble finding an appropriate translation in this case so I decided to leave it as it is)

-annual fee
A plan 8000yen (tax included)
B plan 6000yen (tax included)
C plan 4000yen (tax included)


◆Message concerning Gackt-wari
-What is Gackt-wari?
The amount of 1000yen, which is equivalent to the admission fee, will be waived, it is an easy discount system for students.

-Target audience
In case of new admissions, pupils and students of age 18 and under who are enrolled in one of the schools below and who complete the procedure through a postal form for bank deposit transfer.
(1) senior high school
(2) junior high school
(3) school for the handicapped, deaf and blind
(4) vocational school
(5) other designated vocational schools

-Gackt-wari application process
1. Please apply only if you are a member of the Gackt-wari target group.
2. We will approve the Gackt Official Fanclub Dears membership agreement.
3. Please fill out your Gackt-wari application personal bank transfer form and your plan choice and pay the membership fee for your desired plan.
4. After your payment, please send a copy of your payment receipt and your student ID within one month from your payment date to the following address.

By FAX: 03-6419-8501 (FAX only)

＊Caution: In case you exceed one month from your payment day and the copy of your payment receipt and student ID don't reach Dears, we consider you as non-admitted and we will repay the received annual fee from which we subtracted a repayment handling charge on a payment form to the address on the form by registered mail.




-Access to Dears village: We will issue an ID and password with which you can access the members-only Dears village (a site after the renewal)
-Web magazine: This refers to the monthly distributed [Monthly GG]
-Bulletin/report: This refers to a paper bulletin/report with a reorganized collection of the web magazine [Monthly GG] contents.
-Other membership privileges: With the exception of access rights to Dears village, reading of the bulletin/report and reading of the web magazine, this refers to all other membership privileges.

*During the term of validity, the plan cannot be changed. Please understand this.


◆Membership privileges
-admission privilege: Gackt signed commemoration card
-Dears original membership certiicate
-right of access to Dears village (log-in ID and password will be issued)
-reading of web magazine (only if you choose plan A or B)
-reading of bulletin/report (only if you choose plan A or C)
-concert tickets in the first advanced reservation (lottery)
-participation in Dears-only events
-greeting card
-purchase of Dears-only official goods
-viewing of live programmes (lottery as well as people who arrive first)
-mail magazine


◆Dears original membership certificate renewal!
According to the card type different privileges will be received.
-at the time of admission --- normal
-renewed twice (3-year membership) --- silver
-renewed four times (five-year membership) --- gold
-renewed six times (seven-year membership) --- black
-renewed nine times (ten-year membership) --- diamond
This is targeted to members with an expiration date until the end of December 2008.
We will send the new Dears original member certificate according to the number of years of membership continuation at the time of the renewal..
