GACKT's greeting to Philippine's President-elect Rodrigo Duterte

Rodrigo Duterte, the incumbent mayor of Davao City, just won the Presidential race in the recent Philippine elections held last May 9th.  And this is a surprise that GACKT made a video greeting for him.  G probably like Davao City for its cleanliness, rich culture, and peace and order (the capital Manila can't even compare). It was also declared as one of the Safest Cities in the Word.  Duterte made the city famous that he won the whole country, and also GACKT. HAHAHA
