TODAY - Very strong earthquake (aftershock) in Eastern Honshu Magnitude 7.1 6.6
The epicenter of this violent aftershock is below the Iwaki Kitaibaraki coastal area
23 km (14 miles) SW (223°) from Iwaki, Honshu, Japan and 65 km (40 miles) NNE (19°) from Mito, Honshu, Japan

Fatalities : 13,013
Missing : 14,608
It should be noted that Miyagi prefecture have moved the “missing” counts to unknown in Matsushima Azuma City (predicted 600), Sendai (predicted 200), Hazime Matiyama (predicted 500), Minami Sanriku (predicted 824 to 3000). Until Miyagi prefecture puts numbers on the missing in these towns, we will keep this note in place. Thus, the missing count might be several thousand higher than the above number.
