NEW: An estimated 450,000 people are living in shelters, according to Japanese reports

Radiation levels at the damaged Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant have increased to "levels that can impact human health," fire in the 4th reactor - anyone within a 30-kilometer radius of the plant should remain indoors, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano said Tuesday. (CNN WORLD)

Nations from all over the world have responded to the crisis - even New Zealand still reeling from their own disaster - the US effort is called 'Operation Tomodachi' (Friendship) and Jlist reports that bloggers in Japan find the name a little funny ... but think on the necessity and the helpfulness of other nations and 'cry and cry.'
