*Keep all items out of areas that have extreme temperatures (ranging from heat to cold) and away from moisture.
*Do Not Store Anything In Plastic Bags, wrap in acid-free tissue.
*Never Glue Anything - This includes posters for framing.
Have them mount the poster with photo corners or hinge with linen tape, you may get slight wrinkling, but you destroy any value if a poster has been dry-mounted (glued to its backing)
*Signed items need to be kept out of direct sunlight, sharpie markers and gel pens are prone to fading.
*Textiles - shirts, etc. If you do not wear items, place underneath a screen and use brush attachment of vacuum to clean. If you wear items, hand wash in cool water and air dry.
