Content Belongs To Members
Mar. 14th, 2009 11:18 pmkaradin.livejournal.comIf you post content in this community, it belongs to you, your icons, your scans, your art, your news reports. etc.
We do not set any limits on members posting content (that is their own) outside the community, you may post wherever and whenever you like, we only ask that if you create something for a GA challenge that you state in other journals and coms it was created for us, and that if there is a contest where names are hidden until voting is complete, you don't spoil your chances.
Certain posts will belong to us, such a commissioned translations, these are not to be shared outside the community without our consent.
We have Affiliates and Divisions which may want to share content, you may be asked by other members and even non-members for your content. It is up to you whether to share it or not, but no member should ever feel harassed or compelled to share what they post.
If you ever feel you are being harassed, please bring it to the attention of the General and Officers.
And, it should be stated, taking content out of Gackt Army without permission of the poster is reason for dismissal from the community.
