Winner of Gackt Idol Video Selection Nine

RETURNER - this epic video was shot in one twenty-eight hour period in Nagano Japan, utilitzing staff from Uden Flame Works, most of it's large budget was spent on costumes from the feature film 'Heaven and Earth' created in the early 90's, itself an homage to the battles between warlord Uesugi Kenshin and Takada Shingen during the 'Warring States' period of Japan, 500 years ago.

At the time of filming, Gackt was in the midst of making the drama Fuurin Kazan, protraying Kenshin, but the NHK had nothing to do with the making of this video.

This song was Gackt's first number one single on the Oricon charts.
