This just reminds me of the interview where he mused about setting up the Camui High School - and of the way that he looked creepily like a headmaster at the Boxing Championship event. Not that I would quarrel with the idea that the world might be a better place if everyone was like Gackt!
I expect he's nervous of the difference that his involvement will make to the town at the weekend and, as usual, wants to encourage people into his way of thinking and behaving. Yaay - let's all cosplay warlords!
