gackt_armyFLET's Hikari is a fiber optic broadband service offered by NTT East [OHP-English]. This tie-up project with Dears starts March 11, 2011. There's also a Smartphone Campaign called "DEARS MEDIA" [LOGIN PAGE]. Please refer to Dears news for know what the project is all about.
