Oh gods, I loved his hair in this, I just wanted to make it even more messy! xD But, I have to say, this was very cute, he was so adorable when he got that award and I couldn't help but go "Awww" too! ^w^ Thank you for posting and sharing this! ^^

Ha - Gackt looks so (nicely) alien compared to the committee guys. So curious to think that it is a 16thC guy who is their point of common contact! But the city people seem genuinely pleased for Gackt's involvement (they clearly hadn't read his beheading threat!) - and their city has an impressive English language webpages dedicated to Uesugi Kenshin and his local influence so all power to their festival.

Thanks for the post. Gackt news is always a good way to improve the day!
