How cool, I'd like to hear more about those drinks and dishes, especially the dark fried rice and black sesame chicken. I know what a black velvet is, but I'm wondering about the black island - drinks with "island" in the name usually include rum, and I'm having trouble imagining that going well with black cherry flavor.
