In the Dears Shop, it states that the Tour DVD is 1x per member ( * 1件の商品がございます。)

There seems to be a contradiction in the info they've posted ^^;;;

Ah, hopefully that will be figured out, it would be so strange to have only one copy, usually it's two per member.

It IS 3x per member. My FAIL translations skills should never be put to use xD;;;

The message actually says "There is 1 item found" basically 1 item "the DVD" is found.

ugghhhh unless there's a massive list of requests, I may ask to order through someone else... since dears store is refusing to accept my login details (the "email address" is really your mem#@gackt.com, right?), and in fact I haven't had anything from dears since i sent the money to renew my membership... so considering my track record, they probably never even got it. Or did and just never renewed my membership. Kind of concerned :(

no, if you had changed your info once logging in, as they suggest, it is whatever login info you gave to them. I don't use my membership number anymore.

Aahh... I don't even remember :( it was so long ago, and I only used it once :/ I don't think I changed it, but I tried my normal email and most common passwords just in case, and still nothing. It won't accept any of my answers to the security questions either. so idk, I'm just really worried they didn't renewed my mebership (and considering I sent them 8000yen, not impressed.)

Hey, sorry, wanted to send you a message but that didn't seem to be allowed...? Well, just had a quick question on the Dears store if that's okay, since you seem to know what you're doing ;) What are you supposed to to after you pay? (in my case, at combini) that seemed to be my problem last time - they said they didn't register it, because I apparently didn't do something I was supposed to.... confirm I paid online? But how? You have to tell them you went and paid? Any help would be really appreciated!

After you pay, you just...wait. Um...if you've copied down the correct order number, then you can always wait until the payment period expires to order again. You don't have to do any confirming.

Hmm... I wonder what always goes wrong for me then... - like last time, it seemed to work fine - got the order number, took it to Lawson and managed to pay no problem. BUT the dears store then says that your order should show up in your order history - but for me, nothing... just like last time I ordered. Before I ended up having to email them when my stuff didn't turn up, and had to give them copies of my receipts and stuff. I'm sure I was told I'd missed out a step somewhere, but I can't think where :(

You may need to wait a day or two for it to show, otherwise you may have to contact DEARS store again...
