This is what happens when I get fed up with only doing art for schoolwork. Gackt sneaks into my digital illustration assignments.



Wasn't originally planning on posting it in, but was encouraged to, so.. ^^; 20 minute speedsketch sin reference. I want to do some more of these. And yeah, Bunraku's on the brain. XD

That's good! Did you get a positive reaction (if you showed this in class, I mean)? I like the way it's got a static quality (um - almost monumental) which is half way between Caesar's head on a coin and Important Person sitting for a portrait.

In my view, we don't see enough fanart around here so thanks very much for giving a neat example.
