Gackt Army International Fanclub Membership Update (public post)
Now that January is upon us, in a week we will begin screening for membership once more, all new recruits (up to eight per month) come into the fanclub at once, so everyone can get to know them.
We have a staff of six officers who vote in recruits by majority. If someone wants to join who has no posts in their journal, or no gackt content, we usually agree that such a person would not be active here. Anyone who is not approved can always re-apply.
