Note on Challenges and Contests at Gackt Army
We have four challenges with official Gackt Goods as prizes each year, and two contests.
Creative challenges involve active participation, as you must provide icons, fanvideos, fanfiction, fanart, poems, essays, wallpapers, crafts, something that you create - around a theme. For example, the REDEMPTION challenge (in which you enter a drawing to win a first issue Japanese copy of the CD single, sealed) is based on the theme of Redemption, how ever you choose to interpret this, and for this challenge you can use the Final Fantasy VII character GENESIS.
Everyone entering a creative challenge has an equal chance of winning, we do not judge the entries.
Challenge entries must be created soley for this community, however, you may share them wherever you like as soon as you like, there is no time-limit on exclusivity.
You may enter a creative challenge more than once, this gives you more chances to win the random draw for a prize.
All challenges have a three-month time period in which to be completed.
Entries must be tagged with challenge in order to be considered, deadlines are not extended.
ALL CHALLENGE ENTRIES MUST BE PUBLICLY POSTED.
Contests involve less active participation, for example, to enter a drawing to win Gackt's RED AND BLUE FILMOGRAPHY DVD's you need only to comment on the Gackt Army Birthday Card posted here on July 4th.
*contests are only available for a limited time, from 48 hours to seven days only, check the limits, deadlines are not extended.
However, if you choose to enter a challenge or contest, you can only win one prize per year, to allow other members a chance at winning.
Anyone who wins a contest or challenge may decide not to accept the prize, which allows you to win something else later in the year. The prize offer will be awarded to another person, if no one accepts the prize it will be returned to whomever donated it.
As members, feel free to bring up ideas for contests and challenges, not to mention prizes you would like to win, these items must be official goods. Donations for prizes accepted gratefully!
