gackt_armySumire, a model 22 years of age featured on Koakuma Heaven CD Jacket, was found dead in her apartment on 06/11. It was announced on her official website [Sumire.org] that the cause of death is cerebral hemorrhage. In her last blog entry, she was talking about headaches and resting from work for awhile.
