The Another World MV just smells of Hong Kong - irresistible!

Oh, and he gets to do the smoking-in-defiance-of-stomach-wound bit at the end which is very Gackt and very HK (in 90s HK films there is always such a part for an actor/singer, Andy Lau Tak Wah, who specialized in the "devil-my-care doomed look" whilst driving/lying/riding a motorcycle in plenty of blood, and at least once leaving a girl running behind the motorbike in a wedding dress - truly. You get the idea!)

And Gackt gets some guns in this MV. Win win.

woohoo HongKong! xD
When I first saw the clip I immediately thought, been there! walked that street! been in that "tingting" ^^ (HongKong Island, most likely Admiralty/SheungWan)
Oh the lovely alleys. hehe
Hope to see all that again next year. :)

Oh and Andy Lau, he's hot too xD

Yeah, "tingting" trams in Hennessy Road. And all those disc shops piled to the ceiling with plastic CD cases like you never see in Europe, and a Stephen Chao movie playing on a screen over the door with a shop guy sitting in a high chair by the doorway - all those lovely things!

Oh yes, Andy Lau in Moment of Romance or As Tears Go By or God of Gamblers - I bet Gackt has watched all these too. He said somewhere that he is learning Cantonese so maybe Andy Lau and Gackt might share a screen one day.

Anyway, I agree with you that Another World is - if you know HK - another whole wonderful world.

You the safecracker is Win. If there's ever another Gackt movie, I hope there's a bigger part for You in it.
I saw the HK casino featured n some travel show - I believe the hostesses get $600. an hour just to hang out with the high rollers.
