Itsuka no Merry Christmas was sung with Ayumi on her holiday special, Kazedarake no Lola will be featured on the Nine Nine box, as it was from Gackt's radio programme, you might find if if you have access to recordings of those programmes,

ah, i think i saw that clip with thw two of them, but stopped it, cuz Ayumi rubbed me the wrong way back then XD
