Word and image
I used to walk a cute little dog, called Kimmy, for an elderly neighbour before the dog, too, became too infirm to go out. This week Kimmy died, leaving her owner feeling upset and lonely but also heartened to remember the fun and faithful company - no questions, no arguments, just devotion. So, for Kimmy, for Belle, here is a slightly sad sort of music-word-game; writing it was a bit like throwing a stick of ideas.

I enjoyed hunting for Belle pics to make this. It must have been one of Gackt's distinguishing features when he was setting up his early solo career that the dog so often came too!
Gackt's face is always an open book when he's touching animals (e.g. the cremello horse that gets its nose sunburnt for Fuurin Kazan) and I looked at him in the biggest photo here,"talking" to Belle with things other than words (facial movements, eye contact, smell). It occurred to me that it is similar not-talking that tells a pianist's hands what to do when they read, "con moto" or "scherzo" (which means "joke"!) on a piece of sheet music (which is only black dots on a white page, after all - hardly a conversation).
Not sure why I picked such a vivid colour for the base though. Hmm. I suppose it's certainly not a miserable shade!
Thanks for taking a look and leaving a comment.

I dunno why. Usually this color can best represent love, affection, ne? EDIT: also this color DOES compliment Belle quite well!
no worries! ^^
