That's an unusual choice of poem but the high Romantic quality is a great match to Gackt's wonderful MM look.

And you can tell that Shelley was English because the reference at the end to "green" and "tear on tear" must be to the endless winter (and summer ha ha) rain here. Happily, your screencap looks quite warm and dry!
