Story of a son's love to his dying mother.  Although, most fans have been speculating if these stories are just fiction or real-life, they're still good stories. Very touching and full of love. But what I have in mind since episode 1 is that the lives of these people are bound with karma.  So I don't find it sad 'coz the pain of losing someone you love is a part of learning about life.  It's one's karmic relationship with another.  And besides, as several spiritual and wise people said: "the soul never dies", so even when your loved one dies, you'll definitely be reunited with them again... in some other life or dimension.  That's just what I believe. :)
