I remember when I first saw this clip I thought, "My god, how beautiful must those glow lights have looked from on stage!" And now I know that he thought they looked like a thousand blue butterflies, it's such a mesmerizing concept.

And, of course, as everyone else here has said, Gackt's love and appreciation of his fans is so strong it seemingly crosses the barrier of being abstract feelings to solid, touchable emotions. Also, I must agree that Gackt's singing sounds amazing when it is accompanied by tears of such intense emotions.
