The venues should easily be accessible by train or bus, Japanese are usually very good about such things :) Once you decided on the venue I might be able to help you find out some info.

For concerts in Japan, usually all tickets have the same price, except when there are premium seats like Gackt did this time, and luck and how early you order your tickets will decide where your seats are (except fanclub members usually get the better tickets).
