-Delivery starts from October 5th
-regular price is 408,000yen (about $3,770)
There's a nationwide limit to 20,000 of these machines.
Next, there's a couple of goods related to Bounty Killer, namely a pamphlet, a lighter and a set of trump cards.

edit: I just randomly checked Yahoo!Japan Auctions and saw that there's also a DVD.

Some info on the game itself:
-if you manage to get the red seven in all three slots, you'll be rewarded with 465 coins
-if you manage to get the white seven in all three slots, you'll be rewarded with 375 coins
-There are also two specials in the game called Bounty Time and Bounty Zone where you can get bonuses
-There was a lot more information on the actual game and bonuses and such but since I never even touched a slot machine and am completely unfamiliar with the terms used there I wasn't able to understand anything ^^;
-The game flow is like this: regular game (with four stages) -> Bonus -> Bounty Zone -> Bounty Time

You can watch two videos of the machine being used (one with the female character and one with Gackt) here.
Pretty much all writers (they played a demo version) said that the machine is fun and as expected, the sound is very good *laughs* as well as the graphics.
One blog said that they think even Gackt fans who are beginners (with slot machines) can play it without worries.
