To All Fans Attending the Kenshin Festival

This year yet again, Gackt will be leading the war procession at the Kenshin Festival.
For those attending, here are some requests from Gackt and Dears.

<Message from Gackt>
Let's adopt a conduct that will have the people of Joetsu City saying "Dears are remarkable aren't they ~~".
Anyone found to have breached etiquette, will be beheaded!

<Requests from Dears>
・ Let's refrain from reserving spots before the traffic control begins.
・ Let's pick up our own trash.
・ Let's refrain from any actions that would trouble the neighborhood.
・ Let's remember to behave accordingly, keeping in mind that this is not a festival for Gackt only.
・ Let's carefully monitor our own physical conditions, and be fully prepared to prevent a heatstroke.

In order to be able to receive the warm welcome of everyone in Joetsu City, please give us your cooperation.

hmmmm could be that if Dears are causing any troubles during the festival..Gackt might not be welcome for the next Kenshin event? And he's just making sure that if he wishes he can cosplay Kenshin again xDD
