1. i believe so. but i would call early anyway!
2. that is a good question...@.@ maybe you can go to different shows...
3. you havent paid for anything, so youre not obligated to pay for the ticket. if you find out you dont have money buy the time youre approved, then just dont do steps 2-4. ^^;;
