Gackt Paper Doll update.

All ten costumes now up - wigs will probably post tonight or tomorrow, but y'all might have to wait a few days for the file to print out everything, (costumes have to be sized down in proportion, tweaked and tabs added) gomen!

Along with the file will come written instructions on making the dolls, including magnet versions! These are never cheap, as I priced out the cost, magnetic sheets, lamination, good color copies, steel paper, just materials alone are over $30 per set, (for the 12" dolls)

*I've found magnet sets online for $35 plus shipping, and those were smaller dolls with five costumes where as this is a larger doll, ten costumes, (17 separate pieces) plus six wigs and four accessories - Belle, Eneru, Mei and the Mercury Guitar. (27 pieces plus the doll)

I will do what I can to get the cost down, I'm never going to make money on the dolls, that wasn't the point, it was to make a present for my kids - and Gackt - and to do some color illustration for a change!

Thanks for all the kudos, that makes it worth while! I look forward to seeing how they turn out for you.

And taking a cue from Gackt-sama, the Kenshin set is next, but feel free to request a costume for the next set, as well as custom dolls.

For some reason, I love drawing hands and feet, I'm masochistic that way. I really want to do the Yami No Shuen Shingami costume, all that lovely leather, but all black costumes are a bitch (see Genesis outfit)

Next a Gackt as Kenshin series, and I think that might need a new doll ....

I thought you did that costume already? Or do you want that as a doll? That will be a challenge, since those parts are so quick and slightly blurred.

I did a drawing of that costume once, but its the all black leather tattered outfit he wore with eyepatch on Music Station. Cutting that out will be fun!
